A binding contract between you and Calveny is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
Only the products listed in the dispatch confirmation email are included in the contract.

If you provide an incorrect or invalid email address and fail to receive confirmation emails, we are not responsible for this error.

(b) Pricing & Availability

While we strive to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate, errors may occur.
If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order:

• We will contact you as soon as possible.
• You may choose to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
• If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled.

If payment has already been made and the order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
